Mercy Manor is a 39-bed, long-term care community providing short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing cares. Mercy Manor, is adjacent to Mercy Hospital Grayling and is managed by Catholic Health East Trinity Senior Living Communities (CHE TSLC), a non-profit long-term care and senior housing organization. CHE TSLC owns, operates or manages 34 communities in five states including Michigan, Indiana, Maryland, Iowa and Ohio.

In addition to our qualified Mercy Manor staff, when you or your loved one needs additional medical services, we are able to rely on the expertise of the physicians and licensed caregivers at Mercy Hospital Grayling.
In order to help seniors in the rehabilitation process, Mercy Manor employs the use of Diversion (activity) Therapy. Our specially trained diversional director incorporates the use of an elders favorite hobbies or crafts, which are designed to enhance and improve hand/eye coordination.
Our residents routinely enjoy various parties and holiday celebrations, which play a key role in the mental and spiritual wellbeing of our elders. We strongly encourage the friends and family members of our residents to attend our events and join in the meaningful and memorable festivities at Mercy Manor.
We strive to meet the religious and spiritual needs of our seniors. Our residents, whatever their faith, are encouraged to include their clergy, ministers or spiritual leaders in their daily lives at our community. Whenever possible, our elders are encouraged to attend services and special events at their place of worship. In addition, interdenominational religious services are held, and for residents who follow the Catholic faith, Rosary is held weekly and Mass is held on a monthly basis. Our Chaplain is also available to meet with residents, or to provide services for special religious events.
